Marsala began its operations on July 10, 1997, in the municipality of Cachoeirinha, in the state of Rio Grande do Sul. Years later, the company relocated its headquarters to Gravataí, where it is currently based. For 20 years, it has been operating in the food sector, producing a variety of product lines.
The company offers, for example, fresh pasta lines such as tagliarini, spaghetti, and fettuccine. It also produces dough for pastries, lasagna sheets, as well as pre-made pizza dough. In its newest and most modern product line, the company manufactures stuffed breads, offering the Marsala Garlic Bread in both traditional and spicy flavors.
Currently, the company fully serves the state of Rio Grande do Sul, reaching retail and wholesale sectors, as well as restaurants, bakeries, and related businesses.

Moreover, the company’s production areas are climate-controlled, creating a suitable environment for employees to work and ideal conditions for handling perishable food products.

The company is committed to ensuring the supply of safe foods with a high standard of quality. To achieve this, we provide our employees with various training programs, such as Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), which ensure the hygienic and sanitary quality conditions of the products; and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), which guarantee product standardization from the sourcing of raw materials with highly selected ingredients to distribution to our customers.
We have a qualified and specialized workforce, extensively trained to perform the necessary functions. As a result, the company strictly maintains the same quality standard across all products, a characteristic that represents one of the brand’s core commitments.
- Vehicle fleet
The company has a ready-to-deliver system designed to serve all commercial establishments, from micro-enterprises to hypermarket chains. Logistics are fully managed with an in-house fleet composed of new, refrigerated vehicles equipped with the latest technology for transporting perishables.
